What a Typical peer2peer Winchester Meeting Looks Like
Each meeting is deliberately structured to make the time count.
We meet once a month, from 8:30am to 1:00pm, with lunch included.

Skill Up Session
A practical, business-relevant topic designed to sharpen thinking around strategy, people, performance, or decision-making. This isn’t a speaker slot, it’s applied, participative, and relevant to what members are dealing with right now.
PART #3
Peer Challenge or Hot Seat Discussion
One or more members bring a real issue into the room. The group works it through together - asking better questions, offering perspective, and helping clarify the best next move.
PART #4
Clear Actions and Accountability
Members leave with decisions made and actions agreed, which are revisited at the next meeting.
